I recently had 5280 Exteriors paint my home, detached garage and barn. Also, I got 2 new exterior doors from them. It was a monster big project.
These guys are the best.
First, they repaired and replaced a lot of deteriorating wood/trim on my house; also replace a deck. The carpenter was great. He loves his job; shows up on time; and is competent. I just really enjoyed working with the guy.
Then the painters came. OMG; best painter I ever dealt with. This guy works his butt off and is meticulous. He takes the weatherstripping off the doors when he paints them. He removed all the exterior lights (and replaced after the painting.) The guy cares about my property and the quality of the work. And, the guy is happy and just great to deal with. I really really liked the painter.
Also, had their roofer out here to remove tiles for the wood replacement. He was great. I also had him replace a bad vent and put snow stops on my roof. Just another great guy to work with.
And ... the doors are awesome. The installers were absolutely competent. They installed 2 exterior doors in about 4 hours, and they did it right. Unheard of ...
Even the guy who delivered and picked up the dumpster. What a happy guy; just loves his job.
It is so nice to deal with people like this. Everyone they had here was competent and loved their jobs. Just all round a great experience working with 5280 Exteriors.
Oh .. and the sales guy/estimator; I just love this guy, He worked really hard to do it right estimating the cost and amount of work. And ... he even came back later to go over the work !! Great guy.
Also the project manager was good. He let me know when people were showing up and did his best to keep me aware of any issues.
