Academy Bank

The girl, Jessica, was totally sweet and nice. The other girl on the other hand, who is a "manager", was SO RUDE and was so snotty (in nicer terms) to her! And she kept looking at my husband like he was a piece of steak! Lmao. But seriously, she was very rude to her employee when she would ask her questions. Jessica seemed newer so she kept apologizing for "taking long" but she didn't. She did fine! The bank is good. I've always liked it. Some employees could just use attitude adjustments, especially being a manager.

terrible place to have a bank account with them. can never push purchases through so you end up with overdraft fees. never get back to you when they say they will. switching to chase and closing this account asap.
