While traveling out of town, I was recommended to slide over to this specific location and ask for Jimmy. (battery issues) The recommendation was exactly what I was looking for. Jimmy shined as if he was selling Advanced Auto Parts on a Hollywood set. While I was in the store he instantly made a human connection and treated me as if I was an old friend. He mentioned how he had transferred around the United States through Advanced Auto Parts; as well as the circumstances that lead him to move. Some people might not like the touch of hearing exactly who this gentleman is. I on the other hand was taken back. I do not know the last time I went into a business setting and left feeling as if I had a true friend. The reason for the visit was to swap out a dead battery. I was in and out thanks to his knowledgeable data base. He expediently swapped out my old battery for my new one and I was on my way. I hardly write reviews so that is saying something. Thanks again to the house of Advanced Auto and especially to Jimmy for holding the company to a high standard.
