Staff and doctors all super friendly. Dr. Payne is the best and never rushes through any appointments! He and the nurses are great at bonding with my son to make him feel comfortable.

I took my sick coughing child to the doctor. Doctor suggested it is viral cough and contact them if the kid throws up. Next day the kid comes back from school continuously coughing at 4 pm and throws up. I call the doctor, instead of connecting me to the doctor or prescribing some medication, the nurse suggests me to take him to urgent care or wait till next morning for appointment. It is not even 24 hours that my kid was diagnosed by their doctor. I was asked to wait for whole night with a suffering child or pay ridiculous amount at the urgent care! What happened to doctor-on-call. Never go this facility, they cannot even provide you with a quick conversation with the doctor. If you do, then when you are suffering, "you either wait overnight with your sufferings or go to urgent care". ADA will not help you!
