This was fast and painless. Arrived around 2 and thought Oh No....long lines and lanes blocked off...But a woman came out and started directing us, based on vehicle age, to lanes and it open up and I was literally in and out in less than 15 minutes. Staff was professional and very friendly!

The people here have no customer service skills what so ever. According to some new law change that the manager neglected to mention when our vehicle was just sitting at the station. Nothing had been ran for my vehicle. I asked to speak to a manager on why I was being charged for something they didn't even do. But all because my engine light was on, they couldn't run anything. Couldn't tell me a damn reason on why "It just couldn't be ran" was what they kept saying. Some bs that was. Someone could have sat there and told me the new law about the emissions test instead of beating around the bush. Will never come back to this one for as long as I have a vehicle.

Awesome people, arrived at 5.16 pm which is 14 minutes before they close and I got all inspection done by 5.28 pm. Thank u guys you are awesome!!
