AMJ INC Distributing

The employees promised me a new vacuum. They said the would bring it within 3 days. They said that PCI, the financing company will ask if all promises have been fulfilled and that I should answer “yes.” After having the (used/model)vacuum for about a month, it has been smoking, the bands have broken three times and the bag full of attachments came broken and missing required attachments. My husband and I have called multiple times to resolve the issue. The employees listen, say they are going to call us back with a solution but they never do. Now we are stuck with a broken vacuum and having to make monthly payments. I don’t recommend them at all.
