Don't tell people that you are willing to do things and then go back on what you tell them.
We loaded up an old washer that they told me we would pay $25.00 for drove it down there. The lady working told us that they would not take it. We informed her that we just called and were told by a guy that they would take it and her response was that he "didn't know what he was talking about" so we went through all this trouble for wrong information to be treated extremely rude by the lady that works there.
Poor customer service and wrong information is why I have given it 1 star rating.
