To begin, I am obessed with skin care and have been to many many practices. Every year I go to Denver and Michigan to get specific treatments not offered in the valley. The past few visits to Aspen Dermatology have been pathetic. This practice is going downhill. Primarily- who is in charge? There is zero consumer service. The women at the front desk are cold and snide, espically cosmetic desk. Dr.'s, PA's and receptionists are not on the same page. If there's a issue no one knows who to turn to for answers. Not to mention, they are misinformed and give wrong information when it comes to specific treatments. Full body scans for precancerous/ cancerous spots are not adequate. Basically they are the only dermatologist around ,they know it, and it shows with their attitudes and willingness to please. If you are a dermatologist open a practice here because you don't have much to compete with, plus we need you!
