Audi Glenwood Springs

Bought a great hard-to-find car/trim (2018 Tiguan SEL Premium) at a good price. Cheryl was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly throughout. Highly recommend her! There were some troubles with the 3rd party shipper as I purchased the vehicle out of state, but the dealership worked with me to resolve the issue and took accountability. Alex Feller looked after us superbly at Audi Glenwood when we bought our 2018A5 ( fits the skis and my mountain and road bike or Mtn Bike in the trunk with the back seats down and my fly rods fully rigged by the way ). He was open from the start and offered me a great deal and trade and went a little further when I pushed. Two Denver and a Boulder dealers came nowhere near - until I told them the Deal I had been offered. One offered to beat it by $300 - and I'd to all the way to Denver .....I'll stick with Alex at Audi Glenwood.

Our experience with Glenwood Springs VW was great. We realized how knowledgeable our sales representative, Cherly Kisow, was when we went to other dealerships. She knows her car and is an excellent salesperson. She answered every questions we had and put no pressure on us. We felt like we got a good deal and we love the car.
