I have now used Autobahn twice for relatively minor fixes to my car. The first was a simple fix for some door dings that someone left for me. Quick fix and no problems. The second, and recent experience was a bit more complicated. I was rear-ended and needed my back bumper painted, and the internals fixed. I dropped the car off giving them two weeks to make the repairs while my wife traveled so I wouldn't need a rental. After not hearing anything before the day I needed to pick up, I decided to call and make sure it was done. Well, it seems that there was a "mix-up" and the "paperwork got shuffled". Long story short, the car hadn't been touched.
Avoiding pointless details, the end result was that Autobahn stepped up and stayed late to get my car finished on time the next day. They also took it upon themselves to fix my front bumper with minor damage from bottoming out FOR FREE. Alan and his staff really stepped up and made the situation right and then some.
Though there was a mistake made throughout the repair process, they made sure to go above and beyond to make up for it. The repair work was top notch and I will continue to give them my business when I need vehicle repair.
