Barking Dog Cafe

A great local place with a perfect mountain town feel. Vintage pictures and old couches give the whole place a comfy, informal atmosphere. They serve a decent cup of coffee and have a wide variety of drinks and food to chose from. I had a chocolate croissant that was good but wasn't all that fresh. They didn't offer to warm it up. On the bright side they serve chicken and veggie empanadas for the perfect snack.

We spent New Year’s Eve in the Tiny House Village in Lyons and had breakfast at the Barking Dog Cafe. The latte and pastries were amazing, cool eclectic decor and friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend if you drive through town or are here to stay! Two thumbs up!
