Barnes & Noble

I have been going to the cafe more frequently than the actual store. Both Dylan and Monica are probably the best associates I've met in a while. They have picked up on what I usually order and they always help me when I can't decide what to eat. Thanks guys for always giving great customer service!

I love books. I have thousands and I buy more every year. Barnes and Noble used to feed this obsession up until now. Barnes and Noble never has the books I’m looking for and I’ve even been told they have never sold it. Yet, when I visit the one in Loveland it’s in stock. Really B&N?! Not only that but their establishment is filthy! The bathrooms make me fear getting a terrible disease. I saw dark smears all over the wall. The floors were wet (with water I hope). The cafe tables are dirty with old crumbs and food and the food is disgusting.
