Was blown away by this amazing store. Everything you can think of for hunting, fishing, camping, boating, hiking. Mounted displays that make you feel like your in a natural history museum. Hands on displays, a huge aquarium with all your favorite sport fish showing off there size. What could go wrong? Customer service. It was the worst. Was way more interested in making a sale with others. And seeing the service they were getting put up red flags for me. Still hung in so I could see first hand how bad it could get. After they talked me out of the sale I went to Sportsman's Warehouse where I received excellent service and got the same item, a sun dolphin sport boat for less. Have enjoyed it for eight months and guess where I went for accessories to outfit it. Not at the museum but somewhere that believes customer is as important as I do.
