Best Service Company Appliance Repair

Called and explained to scheduler that I needed a felt seal for my 20 yr old dryer leaving rust stains. A tech called me back and said it would be less expensive to do a full maintenance kit than just the part I needed. Rob was early, checked everything out for me did the repair and everything was great til I went to dry towels. No heat. Called back and then owner called me and said they would make things right. Then owner called back and asked me to check my breaker, but that didn't work. Rob came back and the old thermostat had given up the ghost, not part of a maintenance kit. That part needed to be ordered, so it only took a few more days and then Jeff came out and Now it is like a Brand New Dryer for 1/3 the cost! 5 STARS
