Blue Sky Neurology

Very unprofessional, I was referred to Blu Sky by the Swedish ED. No one ever called to confirm my appointment and I could not reach the office to get details about where to park or the exact office location. I arrived early only to get lost and unable to find parking, I continued to try and call the office to notify them that I had arrived. They did not honor my appointment, they were not expecting me although after several tries they did find my scheduled appointment, but because i physically walked in the office a little late they would not help me and only offered the excuse that they were having trouble with the phones and were short staffed- which I found hard to believe when I counted four receptionists, all except for the one helping me seemed largely unoccupied and made no motion to offer further assistance or any remediation at all. I feel sick that I have to wait another month for my rescheduled appointment not knowing if my condition is serious and uncertain if I'll even come to find out when I go and try to find the other location that my new appointment is at- I already know that I clearly won't be able to call for help when I get lost.

I was two minutes (8:12) past the cutoff of being late, two minutes (8:08) before the cutoff I called them and let them know I was 1/2 mile away and asked if I should still come in. Abrianna stated that I should still come in, knowing I still had to complete my drive and still park and walk in. I entered and she looked at me with a smug face "sorry you missed the cutoff". I asked her why she told to still come in and she had nothing to say except I was late and there was nothing they could do. I stood at the desk for an additional 30 minutes before I left and 0 patients were called back, all of which were there before my 8:12 arrival. Also, as I sat outside for my friend to be done with his interview, I watched as someone whom I later learned had a 9:00 appointment, sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes before she was seen. Apparently they care about their time, but not yours - nice! The doctor I was suppose to see mosied up to the desk, not know I was the patient he refused to see, asking "when he could cancel the rest of his appointments to golfing would be". They laughed and Abrianna said that the "situation" was handled. Joking or not this doctor and the assistant are two of the most unprofessional crock pots I have ever dealt with in the medical field. Your issue or aliment could not matter to them in the least. They couldn't get me in until another six weeks, or said that would be in the waiting list. I told them I did not trust any longer with my medical issues. They could not be bothered to apologize for themselves. Lesson - If you want to go see a doctor and staff that do not care about you the patient but apparently only the money you will bring in, then go here. If you care at all about yourself and your well being find another practice.
