I've loved living here since January, but we got a new mgmt company about a month ago and things have gone down hill. The office NEVER opens on time anymore and some of the new office staff is rude (some are very nice though too). Also, the new maintenance guy is very nice but things get forgotten and don't get done. I've never had package pick up issues before, but I've had issues since the new staff took over. I hope it improves, it was definitely a loss to lose the old mgmt company. The neighbors are what makes this place so great though. It's a great community of friendly people!
