By far the worst dealership we have ever had to deal with. From the very first steps of buying our truck there was a problem. We went into the dealership with a certified letter from our Credit Union saying the loan amount we were approved for and the APR. This was intended so our credit did not need to be ran again- however, our sales person (Nick), told us we couldn’t buy a truck without running our credit, then AFTER it was ran he told us “We could have pushed it through without doing this, it’s just easier this way”. Then, we were told the truck would get detailed but it didn’t even get sprayed down. There was still dust all in and out of the truck. The day we were told to bring it back to get detailed, none of the detailers were there!! The guy that did our paperwork (Larry, I think) continued to mix up our address. After telling him over and over, he assured us everything was OK! Then, a month later we get a call saying we owe $900 because he messed up our address and the taxes were wrong. I asked him to re-write the loan with the taxes included and he said he could not do that and we had to pay within 10 days. I had to have my credit union contact the dealership to make them re-write the loan. TWO months later and everything is finally complete but not without a struggle every step of the way. I will never buy from this dealer or recommend this dealership to anybody!!!
