Bristol Pointe Laundromat

My wife and I came on new years day and the place was empty so we decided to do our wash.I just had an experience where their washer was not closed tight enough or came loose during the wash. My towels were covered in soap! My wife and I moved them to two other washers so that it would wash the soap out. A lady came from the back who appeared to be a worker and stated she had been here the whole time and that we should have told her.She stated we used too much soap even though all my other loads were fine. She was not willing to refund the original wash even though I had to redo two loads. If you work here don't sit in the back with the door closed and pretend your not here and when YOUR machines mess up it's customary to refund the money. I will not be coming back to this place again.
