Rented me a car with a slow leak in the tire. When I called to ask what I should do (bring the car back or fix the tire myself) they asked me call a number which ended up as Roadside Services who suggested they switch out the car for me. It was just a slow leak not a flat. “Fine whatever the procedure is but it seems like a complicated way just to fix a slow leak”, I said. “No problem sir we’ll bring you a new car”. “Wow that’s great, thank you”. Two weeks ago I get a charge on my card for almost $300.00 for trading out my old car!! I called and reminded them of what happened but they refused to take the charge off saying I was responsible for the charges. I could have gotten the leak fixed myself or called AAA for free. THEY suggested I switch out my car not me! Never once did they mention that they were charging me! Would never rent from Budget again.
