Burger King

TERRIBLE! I'm not one to review places, but this pushed me to do so. Fortunately for them I was patient today. Besides waiting longer than needed for 3 hamburgers...There were two ladies before and after me that needed napkins, one older lady that obviously needed some and requested some (messy fingers). Nobody did anything, not sure what happened there, but they were not caring enough to move faster for their needs. I had to leave, but I had paper towels in my grocery cart, I was the one to help these poor ladies and gave them some of my newly bought PT. They were very greatful. Seriously, these employees need a class of customer service 101. They weren't rude, but lacked enthusiasm & speedily care of customers BIG time!! Please, I ask you guys to up the enthusiasm. Yes, it's "just a fast food chain", but there's also a thing about caring about your job and serving people with integrity!
