We enlisted April and Michelle to help us find a home in Arvada some months ago after having an agent who did not know the area well. It was the best decision we could make. They have deep connections the the area and know the market really well. This is the strangest market for buying that we have ever experienced. Every time you go to make an offer, it's like an auction. So volatile! Michelle was amazing in her Sherlock Holmes like investigation of the options. It took some time, but we closed on a small ranch in Arvada on May 22nd and are now doing the remodel. It is just what we needed and we are grateful to the Carlton team for finding it for us.
