Truly awful experience here. Went in to get a new doctor after switching insurance. Booked a new patient visit. Saw a nurse practitioner - Corinne Brock. She asked about my prior medical history and I told her about a surgery I had on my knee almost ten years ago. It's fine. I manage it perfectly well without a doctor and have for over 5 years. I thought the visit went well and then I got a bill for going in to see a doctor for 'general illness' and 'knee pain' was listed as the reason. I've called about 10 times in the last month during the middle of the day to speak to someone, but conveniently their office is always closed. Billing won't do anything because the doctor submitted the claim this way, and I can't actually speak to a doctor to find out if it was an honest mistake or if they are deliberately charging me for something I didn't want, ask for, or receive medical advice on. 100% not worth the nightmare. I will be going to a different doctor from now on.
