Chick-fil-A

One of the only "fast food" restaurant chains that I will occasionally endulge in. I can honestly say that, much like In And Out Burger on the West Coast, this place always delivers on consistent, good food as advertised. The food goes great with the always smiling, friendly and extremely accommodating staff make this a very good option for a good sized meal for under $8! Also, the chicken in biscuits breakfast sandwiches are a great, hidden, morning gem that I revcently discovered!

It's okay. I've had both experiences of good and bad service and that always seems to be a steady expectation unfortunately. It definitely has to do with their constant new hires and people who aren't trained properly or don't know how to communicate "customer service" very well. I did have the most disgusting plain chicken sandwich served from here the other day. it was soggy and half the size of the bun itself. I couldn't even eat it. So for that, I'm hesitant to go back as much as I'd like to. It's also my local Chick-fil-A, which is very sad.
