After waiting for about 30 minutes and already checked in, she just have to turn me down because she has a client coming and stated that she usually accept booking in weeks. Not so happy customer here, I will not be back anytime soon. I am okay if they could have told me that they cannot accomodate me that time but please dont let customers wait for a long time and turn them down. Not a good business practice, just saying!
