I had my ears pierced when I was 12 years old by Piercing Pagoda. They completely botched it and I was put off of earrings for a while. Since I was 19 years old (am now 21), I've been trying to have my ears pierced again. Had my ears pierced at 19 in Colorado Springs, a complete mess. Had them repierced here in Parker. Messed up again. One more time, got it right! I messed it up by bonking one out of place. One more time here at Parker. Messed it up. Promised myself I would get them done by needle. Gave it ONE more tonight. COMPLETELY messed up. Missed the dot by an entire DOT size.
My poor daughter too. She's 2. Like I said, deluded myself into thinking they could do it. The first time they messed up by just the SLIGHTEST bit. Was told to leave it out for a week and they'd repierce for free. So I did. The original was too low. They repierced in the SAME place but further to the right COMPLETELY missing the point. I've now taken out both.
I'm done with Claire's. It has nothing to do with the employees, they're fine. They just CAN'T PIERCE. I will now only have them done by needle.
So disappointed and frustrated. Calling Claire's corporate in the morning and demanding a full refund for both.
