Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

This ranking is in respect to a specific broker who works at this Coldwell Banker office. His name is Chris Haug. I would not recommend anyone to use him in any real estate related transaction due to his obvious lack of integrity in how he handles his own personal life. He was golfing at Arrowhead Golf Course...hit a very errant drive off the tee.... and broke out a large window on the back of my house. My tenants were home at the time and came out of the house to see what had happened. He relunctantly gave his information to my tenant. We went ahead and replaced the window at a cost of $389.86 expecting to recover these costs from Chris Haug. Even after 6 months... many calls and emails, he has never paid. I guess he thinks he got away with something? To me this speaks volumes about him. He is definitely not the type of person I would trust in any type of large transaction.
