We approached Adam two years before we were ready to buy a house and he put a lot of effort into working with us even though he knew it would be some time before we were ready. There was no guarantee that we would even use him once we were ready, but he didn't mind. He treated us as if we were already a customer of his. His communication is fantastic, he always provides feedback and information as he gets it and is always available and happy to answer questions. Do yourself a favor and give Adam a call if you are looking at buying or refinancing.
