Such a shame. David, the sales guy was terrific, but this company was incapable of following through on their commitments. They contract out their crews, and they tried to get three different ones over to our house. The first crew left after saying they were going to their car to get their prep supplies, and the other two crews never even bothered to show up at all. I wasted $150 in day care for my dogs, and they lost almost $10K in business.
