Cortez Meat Market

This place is new in town and is exceptional! They have a small cafe inside the meat market with fresh food daily. We tried the Hungarian sausages and bratwurst-- delicious! All the meat is raised locally at the owners farm and looks top quality. Lamb, beef, pork, chicken, lots of fresh made sausages, and more can be purchased fresh or frozen. This is a great addition to Cortez and I highly recommend it.
