Nice store and many good things but.... buyer beware when it comes to purchasing rings. I paid $60 for a ring that the stone fell out of while in the little plastic bag inside my coat pocket on the way home. Originally I wanted to either exchange it or get a refund and no of the staff was having it. They said they don't do refunds and wanted me to drive my ring 3 hours to them to get it fixed or exchanged. I was finally able to get a hold of the owner (after about 5-6 phone calls) and she agreed to have me mail it to her and she would have her vendor fix it. Well I finally got it back and it's the worst glue job I've ever seen. The prongs that hold the stone are more bent and out of place than when I sent it to them and the glue is all over the ring. If it was fixed properly there wouldn't have been ANY glue used. I'm guessing the owner fixed it herself. Very disappointing to say the least. I'm not saying to not shop there but make sure you thoroughly check out the jewelry before purchasing it cause once you spend your money you never getting it back.
