Delivery By Design

If negative stars were an option they would get them. The drivers and office folks are all very nice however the owner Ken Lawson is a terrible person to deal with. We had about 15 pieces of furniture including couches, chairs, lighting fixtures, dressers, night stands and a king size bed all from Bassett furniture. Multiple items had damage and issues so I asked to wait on paying the final shipping bill until everything was settled. In addition to the damages, Bassett made a mistake in colors so they offered a refund (for the mistake, not any damages!). Ken threatened to sic his lawyer on me several times. It's truly not worth my time to deal with such an irritation so I paid the full amount yesterday. Part 2: A few hours after providing Ken's office with my credit card, 4 fraudulent in store purchases were made at King Soopers in Aurora...while my wife and I have been in Italy for 2 weeks. No other charges were made from the US anywhere close to that time. I have no idea if this came from anything to do with them but it was strange and caused us to shut off our cards during vacation.
