I've experienced pain and fatigue for almost 7 months with none of the specialists that I have seen offering any relief. Dr. Murphy spent what I considered to be an exceptional amount of time with me to listen to me and understand what my issue was. He recommended additional blood test for evaluation. In the meantime to relieve my pain and discomfort he prescribed a steriod no one else mentioned and within 2 days I was a new man. He then mapped out a treatment protocol that he thought might help based on his test results. What a relief. After 3 weeks on this medication I revisited him for evaluation of the blood test. No arthritis markers were found but he said that isn't necessarily an accurate measurment. Next step was short term steriod of small dose and another med. He didn't want me to fall back into feeling lousy. Very informed. Very compasionate. I am glad I found him.
