After reading the great reviews online, I decided to call and schedule an appointment, but after speaking with a very rude receptionist, I decided to continue my search. I told the receptionist who answered that I was interested in scheduling an appointment to discuss bankruptcy options, but there was no response back from her. I literally sat there for almost a full minute listening to her type in the background before she abrasively asked what my name was. Her tone of voice made it abundantly clear that I was putting her out. I was so taken back by the hostile attitude that I told her to forget it and hung up. This woman had beyond a nasty attitude. If this how his receptionist, the face of the firm so to speak, answers the phones, then it really makes me question the high ratings for this attorney. Caller Beware.
