The price is great if they actually show up. Hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with. 2 appointments in one week and nobody showed up or called. The first appointment was for last Monday and they never called to say they weren't coming. The next day I called them and he promised he would come by on Saturday. I even offered to bring my car to them to expedite the process. Saturday came and nobody showed. Even after I called to confirm and practically begged for their service rather than wait for another company. The guy on the phone said they're really busy but would definitely come. 3 days later and still no call with an apology. I still have no window and have an appointment with a different company tomorrow. This was my experience with discount auto glass. If I were you I would avoid the headache and pay the extra money for someone that will show up.

Discount Auto Glass saved my work week! My windshield was shattered while driving on the highway by debris. My insurance sent me to Safelite. They couldn't get to my house until 5 days after the incident, or I could drive my hazardous car across town to get my car to their shop. I called Discount Auto Glass and spoke to the owner, he told me he could be at my home by 10 am the very next day. Tim is amazing, he was at my house at 10 am like he said and fixed my entire windshield in an hour and a half. Price was a couple dollars difference from Safelites quote, but I would have paid more for the convenience Discount Auto Glass offered.
