DMV

If you have to go to the DMV, this is the one. Just be aware that they don't offer drive tests, and check to make sure that you have everything (two pieces of non-junk mail, ID, SS card if you need) before you go. They're always super friendly, but they can't help you if you aren't prepared properly to do what you came for.
