Doctors On Call: Kovacevich Guy MD

WITHOUT A DOUBT THE F***ING WORST SUPPORT STAFF I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. IF YOU DON'T LIKE PEOPLE THEN WHY DO YOU WORK WITH PEOPLE!?!? Seriously! Dr should invest in having their phone calls recorded because support staff is absolutely RIDICULOUS. of course she refused to give me her name. The most uncompassionate people in the health care industry.

Rude Staff/receptionist. Never met the doctor because the staff was rude and insincere. They told me that the cost of the physical required for immigration documentation was one of the cheapest in the state and told me that in Denver they charge anywhere between $1200 and $1500. They charge $417. I called a few places in Denver and the cost was much much lower (only $200). They also recommended I do certain tests at a different clinic, but then they tell me that they do not accept those tests results and I should re-do them at their clinic and pay again. When I asked if they could help with a discount, for the mix-up, they were very rude and even insulted my character by suggesting that I manipulated the system, when I did no such thing. Oh, and of course they would have me pay the full amount. At that point I called the Denver clinics and found out they are cheaper so I did not go back.
