Driver License Office of Denver, Colorado

I liked that I was able to schedule an appointment online. The place was very busy when I got there but there are kiosks to check in. I was scanning my paper when a lady at the desk started askibg "are you checking in?" I assumed she was talking to someone next to me that already confused, because I was clearly checking in and was almost finished. She proceeded to shout it at me with attitude, I turned around and apologized that I didn't realize she was talking to me. She groaned and told me to come to her to check in... Even though my ticket was already printing. I am glad I didn't have to, since that is what the kiosks exist for. I had all the documents required so applying for a new license was easy enough. The picture took quite awhile, I sat for 30 minutes. Overall with an appointment on a Monday afternoon it took an hour. Clean facility with mostly friendly staff with the exception of the front desk.
