The people on site were very friendly and laid back. My kid needed additional accommodations to take the test and the manager went through a lot of trouble to make sure it was done fairly and properly. This included dealing with some difficult issues that was nobody’s fault. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness. My daughter was beaming when she left!
