It's ok. Seemingly unclean carpet. Really low sink. Not enough hooks to hang stuff in the bathroom. Placing towels on the toilet isn't sanitary. You may or may not sleep well with the road noise from passing cars outside. At least they handily beat the prices of other lodging sites nearby, so I'm thankful for that.
