East Woodmen Self Storage

Had an issue with on-site construction causing excessive dirt and dust build up in unit and ruining personal items. Initially notified management when it happened, never heard back. Went in today, brought up issue and offered suggestion for keeping dirt to a minimum and was essentially told it wasn't their issue, run it through insurance. Disappointed in customer service. Do no recommend this company.
