Probably one of the worst companies I have worked for. They don't care about their customers or employees at all. If you go in there, they just want a sale out of you, nothing more. They tried to make us lie to customers telling them the accessory bundles were INCLUDED, but they are actually optional and cost you an extra $100 or more. I was terminated because my numbers weren't up to par, while they kept an employee who stole money. I was never a valued employee and I did my best trying to make sales without lying to customers. I will never recommend any friend to work for Ensignal or to even get help from them. If you want quality customer service, you're better off going to an actual Verizon store, online, or over the phone.
