Estes Park Campground at East Portal

We stayed at this campsite in July 2017. I can't wait to go back! The location was absolutely perfect, and the staff was amazing. I awoke to something stirring behind us, and when I looked there was a deer eating in the woods about 15 feet from our tent. We got to hear the squirrels play in the morning time as we ate breakfast, which was obnoxiously cute! The bathrooms were very large, and very clean. The air is thin up here, but the shortness of breath is well worth it.
