My wife and I were here for the first time and we absolutely loved it. (We are already planning another getaway in a few months.) The staff are very friendly and easy to approach (I have autism and get intimidated when talking to people so this made the stay so much more relaxing.) We had some noisy neighbors but that's not the hotel's fault. It happens. We got upgraded to the King Spa Suite for our last day/night and absolutely loved it.
