I needed to get a Rolex watch authenticated. I called, spoke with Terry and he told me to stop in. The staff was very friendly, offered water for my very short, half minute wait until Terry was available. Terry was very informative and helpful. Mark, the owner stopped and introduced himself while Terry was helping me. Mark also took a look at the watch I brought in. I had a wonderful and pleasant experience. Thank you!
