If I could give these people a negative 5 stars I would. I absolutely HATE THIS COMPANY. They are completely unprofessional, they are the only bank in the freakin world that NEVER ANSWERS THE D*** PHONE. NEVER. You listen to the horrible hold music for almost 10 minutes just to leave a voicemail that is never returned. Today is the fourth straight business day that I've contact these people and it's the same Bull****. No answer, no call back, issue still not resolved. But if I missed a payment I bet they'd be quick to call me back! I'm probably going to have to physically go to the damn bank just to talk to someone. I'm so over these people. Ugghhhhhh
