Yeah, I'm not happy with them either. I have a recorded phone call from my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 with their customer service rep and they REALLY just don't care about your situation at all. It's business as usual when they hit you with fees and they'll just tell you all about how it's written into the service agreement (the default cop out of a bad bank and banking system).
