YUMMY, I can't stop talking about the incredible flavor of this beef, no matter what cut I try... it tastes so buttery and tender, it's worth every bit of grass and TLC those cows receive. I've been out to the ranch, it's a heavenly place for both cows and humans, if you have the chance to pick up your order on site, do so, you won't be sorry. Margaret and Brad Buchanan are two of the hardest working humans, and it shows in their product, as well they are genuine, helpful and all around great people.
