Their customer service is absolutely terrible. No one at the fitting room to get you in a room and when you try to walk to one after standing there for 10 minutes they run at you like you're breaking the law. Trying to work with the people at the register was even worse. Couldnt process a return or exchange from an online purchase and didnt know what to do. Was very short with his response when he got an answer and then didnt even have the number to call to figure it out, grabbed my stuff and put it on the back counter then helped the next person.... uhhhh... excuse me? Way to make someone feel super unwelcome. I also Wasn't asked one time walking through the store for an hour if i needed help with finding anything. I will not be shopping here ever again after today's treatment.

Huge store, sometimes messy but nice staff.
