Fort Collins Food Co-Op

Supporting local means shopping here. I enjoy this place because it has all the essentials you really need. Small store but jammed packed the way a co-op should be with all the best organic products. The bulk section is great because it even has oils and soaps. This is the type of store I grew up on and is a similar vibe to the co-op in Laramie where I also shop when I'm up in Wyo.

They have bulk spices of every kind: forget about buying an expensive jar for a single recipe. They have local produce whenever possible: far more than I've seen with Whole Foods. They have delicious sandwiches for lunches: always have a vegan, veg and omnivore selection. Remember: your dollars support far more when shopping here than at a chain!
