Was recommended by Jax personnel, as they didn't have the removal tool for my other freewheel. Biked up here and asked if I could ask a favor as mentioned. Matthew said yes. No sign posted and he didn't mention that a service fee was charged. After he was done, he lost a bearing, and told me $4. He belligerently gave me a bearing. I said Jax & Performance do many of these things free. He went on about use of tools, his time, small business, I have worked for corporate and independents. Unacceptable attitude and customer service. He didn't want to answer any questions as to the owner, and said he was done. Previous time was very pleasant, not this time.
